Hello from Minnesota!

Thank you for your registration and payment for participation in the Post Summit Study Tour: Explore Rural Minnesota, July 26 - July 28, 2001. We are excited to meet you and to introduce you to some of Minnesota's people and countryside. There has been a terrific outpouring of time and financial support for this tour, I believe you will experience some excellent examples of the genuine hospitality and sharing of innovative approaches to community and rural development from Minnesota's rural population.

Itinerary for the tour. To take full advantage of all the activities please respect the time schedule.
Important notes:
  1. Departure time from Duluth is promptly at 8 AM on Thursday, July 26. Breakfast is on your own, there will be snacks and refreshments on the bus. Please arrive at the Duluth Entertainment and Cultural Center (DECC) for boarding by 7:45 AM.
  2. There is no smoking on public motor coaches in Minnesota.
  3. Upon returning to Duluth on Saturday, July 28 the bus will go directly to the Duluth airport as some of our participants are scheduled to leave on a 4:20 PM flight to Minneapolis/St. Paul. The motor coach then continues on to complete the tour at the DECC.
