In addition to bringing you outstanding productions by visiting artists through UMM's Performing Arts series, the campus produces multiple productions each year through its Theatre Arts Discipline and student clubs such as the Meiningens. Here's what's coming up 'on the boards!'

Students write and rehearse and perform ten minute plays in 24 hours!
Fall Theatre Discipline Production, "Our Town"
Thursday, Nov 6, 7:30 p.m.
Nov 6-8 with two shows on Saturday.
"Our Town" will open theatre "Season of Classics"
Thursday, Nov 6, 7:30 p.m.
Two dramas by distinguished Nobel Prize-winning American authors and a world favorite fairytale will offer audiences contemporary relevance in the literature and folklore of yesteryear during this year's theatre discipline "Season of Classics."
Meiningens present "Closer" by Patrick Marber
Thursday, Dec 11, 7:30 p.m.
Using the original play that inspired the major motion picture, the Meiningens present an all-student production of "Closer," December 11-13. Nightly at 7:30 p.m. with an addition matinee at 2:30 p.m. on 12/13/2008.
Directed by UMM Senior Justin Latt.
Winter Theatre Discipline Production, "Of Mice and Men"
Thursday, Feb 26, 7:30 p.m.
Production runs Feb 26-28 with two performances on Saturday.
