• plan for 25 people
• order refreshments (cheese/meat tray, shrimp, crackers, rye bread from Willies)
• type application to serve alcohol for April 25 send invite to Dean and Chancellor
• name tags

ADT Event

• Contact Dave in TC - people from UMM attending the reception Sunday night include: Pam Solvie, Pam Gades, Engin Sungur, Paul Myers, Roger Boleman, Bert Ahern, Tammy Berberi, Katherine Benson
• Reception begins at 6:00 pm
• 2 UMM vehicle (Drivers: Roger Boleman, Pam Solvie)
• Poster Session (design comment card and table tent)
• 300 bookmarks (75 for each UMM presentation)
