It's an exciting time to be a UMM Cougar! UMM athletics moved to the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) in 2003. Since then, both Cougar men's and women's athletics have enjoyed great success on and off the playing field. Recent championship teams include football, women's soccer, men's basketball, and women's basketball. The women's soccer team has been honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America for academic excellence eight years in a row!

Students, fans, and community members enjoy some of the best facilities around at UMM! Recent additions include Big Cat Stadium, a shared-use football facility providing the latest in gridiron innovation to both the UMM Cougars and the Morris Area High School Tigers.
