Courses with grades of D in Mgmt 2101-2102, Econ 1111-1112, Math 1101, or Stat 1601 may not be used to meet the major requirements.  Up to 4 credits of other management coursework with a grade of D may be used to meet major requirements if offset by an equivalent number of credits of A or B.  Required courses may not be taken S-N unless offered S-N only.
