Stephen Martin
French Prof

Stephen Martin is an Assistant Professor of French whose research focuses on editing medieval French manuscripts in XML, and on modern conceptions of the Middle Ages. In addition to teaching the French language, he has taught courses on the History of the French Language, and the Middle Ages and Renaissance in film and on marginalized people in the pre-modern era. Professor Martin has traveled to French speaking Canada and to Switzerland and has studied and done research in France. UMM class of 2010

Tamara Perrotte (teaching assistant) graduates from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2010 majoring in Sports Management with a Minor in French. She is an experienced traveler and went on the July in Paris program in 2008. She is very excited to return to Paris as a TA.
