UMM Service Learning Advisory Board The Service learning Advisory Board was formed in the fall of 2003 to provide ongoing guidance and support to the program. The Board consists of three working subcommittees:
The subcommittees meet as needed throughout the year to work on specific issues and projects pertaining to their community. Twice a semester, the entire Board comes together to meet with service learning staff and participants to discuss the status and direction of the entire program, including course development, outreach, training, assessment and sustainability. An assessment committee for service learning, a subcommittee of the Assessment of Student Learning Committee, assists with assessment and evaluation efforts. During the 2007-2008 school year, the Service Learning Advisory Board members are:
