Information for Service-Learning Student Ambassadors

The service-learning department employs two students each semester to assist with the courses participating in service learning. This may include leading student/partner and faculty/partner meetings, contacting and meeting with partners, monitoring student progress, and assisting with logistics for projects. Taking photos of projects, writing press releases and planning project events are also duties of the position.

In addition, student ambassadors serve on the service learning advisory board, plan the service learning expo, assist with assessment and evaluation of the program, and work in the Faculty Center/Service-learning office.
