Liberal Arts for the Human Services

...investigate the structure of society and the activities of its members. UMM students can major in most of these disciplines and each discipline has its own faculty coordinator.

The division also provides courses for the Interdisciplinary Studies program, a major in Liberal Arts for the Human Services, and a social science major for teacher licensure.

Social Science students participate in internships at local, state and federal levels. Many have worked closely with faculty to co-author papers and present research at national conferences. For more information visit our discipline links or drop by the division office at 109 Camden Hall.
