OUR GRADUATES HAVE THIS TO SAY:

I have a full time position with the Center for Small Towns at UMM. I utilize my degree everyday - at the Center I am in charge of coordinating and hiring of all the student employees with in the office with is about 25-30 an academic year and 18-20 during the summer. My second hat at the center is that I am in charge of the publicity aspects - I create the publicity plan for the center, write press releases on the many projects that students are involved with, create documents for distribution, coordinate publicity efforts with other organizations, and publicize events that we put on throughout the year. My husband has his own tree service (it is going on his 9th year) - which I help with the advertising and billing for it - so I do utilize my degree often with his business as well. The degree that I have received is utilized daily within the many business adventures that I am involved with.
