Retention by IQ Percentile

The Truckers & Turnover Project found that indicators of cognitive skills were among the factors that could be measured before a trainee began his or her course of study and new job that best predicted success on the job. In this graph we see that those in the highest 20% of IQ are retained at the one year mark at about twice the rate of those in the lowest 20% of the IQ distribution.
