Alumni on the 'Net

This service is provided as a means for alumni to keep in touch with one another. It allows UMM alumni who wish to submit their email and/or homepage addresses to an online listing that is made available to other alumni. This is a public e-mail list and is not secure. It is not intended for advertising, commercial, or bulk e-mail use.

Advanced Search

You can modify the search by using special characters. Most of these characters are placed in front of a word without any spaces. In other words, if the word is "apple" and our symbol +, then to use the operator you would type "+apple" in the above search box.

+		Put a plus sign in front of a word that must be present in the search results, rather than just similar to it. For example "+apple"
-		The opposite of plus, put a minus sign in front of a word that mustn't be in the search results. "-apple"
<		Put a Less Than sign in front of a word to decrease the relavence of results with that word.
>		Put a Greater Than sign in front of a word to increase the relavence of results with that word.
( )		Group words by enclosing them in paranthesis.
" "		Enclose a phrase in double-quotes to search for it literally as typed.
