To order a t-shirt print and fill out Printer Ready T-shirt Order Form, make checks payable to UMM and mail to UMM Office of Alumni Relations, 123 HFA 600 E 4th St, Morris, MN 56267. You must attend the Jazz Fest to get a t-shirt!
