Special Events

UMM Special Events coordinates campus recognition and external relations programs including Commencement, the annual Faculty and Staff Recognition Banquet, Student Honors and Awards Ceremony, and special visits to campus by legislators, donors, and other dignitaries.

The Special Events coordinator schedules, plans, and executes special events with an emphasis on external relationship building. The position also oversees the management of LaFave House with responsibility for scheduling, enforcing policies, coordinating LaFave House special events and activities held in support of the house and its mission.
