W-S/D @ Liberal Arts Championships (Day 1)

Day one of the 2008 Liberal Arts Championships @ Principia College (Elsah, IL) In the prelim session Thursday, the Cougar 200 Free Relay broke the school record. Sophomore diver Hallie Warneke (Elk River, MN) broke the 200IM record. Heather Briese (Fr. Fergus falls, MN) broke the 3-Meter record. And that was just the morning. Thursday night, Warneke rebroke the 200IM record and went a lifetime best time and finished 5th, Heather Briese re-broke the 3-Meter record and ended up 3rd with a lifetime best score. Head Coach Dave Molesworth said, "We also had other lifetime best swims so everyone is swimming well. We are off to a great start, and hungry for more Friday."
