(Pictured right-Alison Pippo) The Cougar volleyball team used a record setting effort from Alison Pippo (Sr. Annandale, Minn)to gain a 3-0 sweep of Trinity Bible College in non-conference volleyball action at the UMM PE Center on October 3rd. Pippo set the UMM single match record for hitting percentage .%800 (8-0-10) as the Cougars won 25-9, 25-9, 25-15. As a team, UMM hit a season high .%455 in the win, with just seven errors in the match (42-7-77). Casey Stott (So. Onamia, Minn) and Shannon Bosek (Fr. Lowrey, Minn.) led the way with nine kills each. Sam Pfannenstein (So. St. Cloud, Minn) had 20 assists, Kacy Aasen (So. Isle, Minn.) chipped in with 11.
