UMAC All-Conference Softball Teams Released

For Immediate Release: The UMAC has released the names of the All-Conference, All-Conference Honorable Mention, and All-Conference Defensive Team. Bailey Jelle (Sr. Lakeville, MN)was named to the All-Conference Team, she ended the season hitting 400 in 110 at bats and driving in 25 runs. Jelle led the team in total bases with 56, and Assists with 102. Julie Rohling (Jr. Howard Lake, MN)was named to the All-Conference Team, at the end of the season she had a 294 batting average with 25 hits on 85 at bats and 14 RBI's. Larger Image Diane Blommel and Liz Leuty were named All-Conference Honorable Mention. Diane (So. Long Prairie, MN)concluded her season hitting 289, with 28 hits on 97 at bats and 49 assists. Liz (So St. Cloud, MN) ended the season with a 379 batting average with 36 hits on 95 at bats. She led the Cougars in runs scored with 33, as well as leading the team in triples with 4 and stolen bases with 13.
