S-D: Swimming and diving win final home dual

The University of Minnesota-Morris swimming and diving team won seven of the 12 events Saturday and won their final home meet of the season 118-65 over Augsburg College at the UMM pool.

Shilo Parisian (Fr. Maple Grove, MN) won the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:12.41 and she was on two relay teams that took first.

She swam the first leg of the 200 yard medley relay that took first with a time of 2:11.43 with Emily Helgerson (Fr. Plymouth, MN), Elizabeth Schlimgen (Fr. Sioux Falls, SD) and Jamie Luecke (So. Eden Prairie, MN) and was on the 200 yard freestyle relay team with Kristine Ertl (So. Cokato, MN), Jamie Luecke and Elizabeth Schlimgen that took first with a time of 1:53.02

Kristine Ertl also took first in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:33.22.

Divers Bree McCannon (So. Morris, MN) and Lauren Trapp (So. E. Gull Lake, MN) both had season best efforts in the one meter diving.

The Cougars part in the Minnesota Challenge at Aquatic Center at the University of Minnesota on February 3rd & 4th..
