University of Minnesota, Morris track and field athlete Megan Croatt is ranked sixth in the country. Ashley Wintheiser (Jr. Lino Lakes, MN) continues to re-write the University of Minnesota-Morris women's track and field record book in field events.

The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) recently announced the 2006 men's and women's outdoor track and field post-season awards and the University of Minnesota-Morris had two earn all-conference honors on the men's side and seven on the women's side and for two women, it was the third straight year earning all-conference honors.
