Minutes of the Consultative Committee
September 8, 2006

Present:  Nancy Carpenter, Pam Gades, Roland Guyotte, LeeAnn Hedquist, 
Blair Jasper, Judy Korn, Margaret Kuchenreuther,  Maggie Larson,  Jennifer 
Zych-Herrmann

Roland Guyotte convened the meeting at 3 p. m. in IH 218.  Committee 
members introduced themselves, and noted the vacancies:  one faculty/p&a 
and several students to be selected. Roland Guyotte was elected chair for 
2006-2007. 

The Committee discussed possible agenda items for the coming year:  the 
Academic Dean search, the constitutional revision process, the new 
all-University budget model, and Strategic Positioning.  Members expressed 
interest in an early meeting with Chancellor Jacquie Johnson

The meeting adjourned at 4 p. m.
