June 9, 1998 minutes

The Consultative Committee met on Tuesday, June 9, in the Behmler
Conference Room at 3 pm.  Vice-Chancellor and Academic Dean Sam Schuman
discussed with the committee his recent interim Chancellor appointment and
his proposal for hiring three faculty to cover his Academic Dean position
for next year.  Professor Engin Sungur was chosen to chair the committee
for Fall Quarter, 1998.
