pm. in Prairie Lounge. The order of business was as follows:
1. Approval of the November 24 1998 meetings minutes
2. Chancellor Search
3. Draft Copy of Compact

0. No agenda items added or modified on the tentative agenda. 

1. The minutes of the November 24, 1998 meeting approved unanimously. 

2. The Committee continued to discuss Chancellor Search and addressed the 
issues on:
	o Time table
	o The letter to the President
	o Composition of the search committee.
Committee decided to work on the composition of the search Committee at 
its next meeting.
