* Changes proposed to minutes, minutes approved with changes; minutes and annual report from 2002-2003 to be posted  

* Alternate meeting time set:  Mondays 8:30 AM—to be used only when needed.

* Meeting Friday Sept. 26 cancelled; additional meeting set for Monday 9/29 8:30 AM in Sci 3500

* Prioritization of fall agenda.  Items to receive attention during fall semester include:

o Strike plan (Sam Schuman and/or Sarah Mattson guests)
o Big Idea update—discussion of process, curriculum, outcomes (Sam Schuman, John Schwaller guests)
o Enrollment/Financial Aid update (Jim Mootz, Andy Lopez guests)
o Associate Vice Chancellor of Enrollment search
o Central university advertising campaign, relation to UMM
o Central university web page changes—possible collaboration with others (i.e., CRPC, UMC) on correspondence
o Restructuring (potential and past)—Sandy Olson-Loy guest
