An update was given on Student Activities.

Meeting schedules were discussed—April 12 meeting was cancelled due to scheduling 
and travel conflicts; time of April 26 meeting was changed to 1PM to accommodate the 
chair’s teaching schedule.

Dorm/RA issues were discussed, in particular the question of what is appropriate 
behavior for RA’s and other university agents to engage in?  Where is the line between 
the individual person and their role?  This becomes pertinent in questions of public 
expression of political, religious, and other viewpoints.  The committee will contact ORL 
regarding including these issues in training.

Enrollment update and discussion:  is a specific marketing statement being created?  
What conversations are happening on campus regarding enrollment?  How can we raise 
awareness regarding enrollment issues?
