New: This course applies the fundamental financial theories acquired in Mgmt 3101 to working capital management in corporations. The primary focus will be on financial planning, cash management, credit management, and risk management.
Old: Continuation and extension of Advanced Corporate Finance I (Mgmt 4602). Topics include mergers and acquisitions, financial distress, and short-term finance. Emphasis is placed on empirical findings and the application of theory to practice.
