Assessment: assess student learning through case studies early and late in the course. Will use oral and written presentations to assess changes in communication effectiveness Goals: Improve students' communication of statistical information to clients or project teams in an empolyment situation. Improve student skills in choice of statistical methods, relations with clients, principles of non-verbal communication, handling crisis situations, valuing services and knowledge of basic computational skills
