WE CONTINUE TO SEEK WAYS OF ASSURING PROSPECTIVE EDUCATORS CAN EFFECTIVELY EDUCATE ANY CHILD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. OFFERING INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE TEACHING PROFESSION IS ONE MEANS OF ACHIEVING THIS GOAL. MANY STUDENTS ARE NOT ABLE TO STUDENT TEACH INTERNATIONALLY, BUT THEY COULD AFFORD THE COST AND TIME TO COMPLETE A SHORTER EXPERIENCE. THIS OPTION IS DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS INTENDING TO SEEK TEACHER LICENSURE WHO ARE OR WILL BE ENROLLED IN A TEACHER EDUCATION PROGRAM AND WHO NEED TO COMPLETE SECONDARY SCHOOL OBSERVATION/TUTOR AIDE EXPERIENCES PRIOR TO STUDENT TEACHING.
