Description:

New: A topics-based study of Shakespeare's works and other pertinent texts. Sample topics include "Shakespeare's Women," "Dangerous Rhetoric in Shakespeare," and "Shakespeare and His Sources." Attention will be given to historical and literary contexts, and students will be asked to consider Shakespeare’s work as it is read as well as performed.
