Goals: This course will support mastery of the principles and practices involved in the areas of Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, and Small Group Communication for the prospective teacher in grades 5-12 or others seeking licensure.

New: THE DISCIPLINE HAS DECIDED THAT THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL AND THE APPROACH TAKEN TO THAT MATERIAL DOES NOT FULLY MEET STUDENT NEEDS. INSTEAD, STUDENTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THIS MATERIAL IN TWO COURSES RATHER THAN ONE TAUGHT AT A LOWER LEVEL.
