STUDENT LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1. Basic word processing.


2. Electronic mail.


3. Effective Internet research.


4. Appropriate use of specialized software.


EXPECTED OUTCOMES

1. Students will be able to make use of word processing software for preparing and printing reports/written materials.


2. Students will be able to communicate with instructors and other students by email..


3. Students will have the skills to search Internet resources, including the WWW, for academic research.


4. When specialized software is used in a class, the students in that class will be able to effectively make use of it.
