Guests: Leah Mullenbach MPIRG Women’s Task Force, Robyn Curlee WRC

Not Present: Sarah Mattson, LeAnn Dean, Maggie Larson

Items discussed: Commission Reception and StoryTeller event slated for Feb. 21^st is just about completely arranged. Power Point presentation of photos will run continuously during reception while Carol Ford’s music plays over PA system. Guest Julie Goldstein will be asked to announce other Women’s Week events yet to come.

Revisions to the draft brochure produced by Amy McGovern were the main topic of discussion.

Conclusions: Regarding the brochure 200 copies will be produced for distribution at the February 21^st reception to see what kind of response it receives. More copies will be printed for wider distribution. Suggested changes to the brochure were incorporated into the final product.
