Enrollment update

James Morales reported on enrollment and that as of today, we are currently tracking 98 applications behind, 119 offers behind and 35 deposits behind last year. Dan Moore asked why we fell behind in new high school student applications. James reported that efforts fell out of alignment and the Admissions staff is working hard to get things moving in the right direction. Pete Wyckoff asked if there was a plan to address our budget if our student numbers are down. Jacquie Johnson said we will need to recalculate the budget. Andy asked what CRPC can do to help. James reported that faculty members have stepped forward to help make contact with prospective students.

Marketing RFP

Maddy Maxeiner and Christine Mahoney reviewed the marketing RFP. Pete Wyckoff asked how much we are going to spend. Jacquie Johnson said we purposely didn’t specify because we want to see what we can get.

Meeting adjourned early so committee members could attend VCAA candidate’s campus presentation.
