"UMM Homecoming? We held a parade, played a little football, dedicated a new model community-based energy system. What did
your school do?" Yes, UMM played "Survivor" for keeps this fall, shutting out a men's soccer opponent for the eighth time in a row, presenting the Distinguished Alumni Award to Michael Rodriguez '89, and hosting an open house for our new biomass gasification facility, where Lowell Rasmussen accepted the first American Council on Renewable Energy Campus Excellence Award for outstanding use of renewable energy.
