This is the fifth consecutive year in which the campus has been included on the list, which honors colleges that support American military service members and veterans as students.
David Tse-Chien Pan, professor of German at the University of California, Irvine, will deliver the lecture.

UMAC Champs! UMM has been fielding competition teams since 1961 and now boasts seven sports for men and nine for women, competing with campuses in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC). Besides conference and state championships, the UMM Intercollegiate Athletics program has boasted numerous scholastic achievements. The University of Minnesota, Morris invites alumni, students, faculty, staff, and members of the surrounding community to participate in its Homecoming festivities.
The University of Minnesota, Morris introduces a new series of faculty-led presentations entitled "Gender, Women, & Sexuality Studies Works in Progress: A Discussion Series."
From heated debate on political issues, to humorous squabbling between spouses, to a king's quarrel with magic, the Theatre Discipline will present audiences the opportunity to watch characters act under the pressure of various struggles.
The third annual Prairie Gate Literary Festival will be held at Morris February 21 through 23, 2013.
The inaugural Tunnel of Oppression program will be held January 22-24 in the Student Center's Oyate Hall.
