UMM's Summer 2008 Hours of Operation (updated as needed)
NOTE: Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day are University holidays; administrative offices will be closed. BOOKSTORE Summer hours, beginning May 19, are 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Regular hours resume August 15. BUSINESS OFFICE Closed Tuesday, June 24, 8 a.m. - noon for EFS training. COUNSELING See "Student Counseling" DUPLICATING Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. beginning May 19. CLOSING at noon on Friday, July 11, for carpet cleaning. EXTERNAL RELATIONS & FUND DEVELOPMENT, 312 BEHMLER HALL Closed June 30 - July 4. GRANTS Closed Friday, June 20, for EFS training. HUMANITIES DIVISION OFFICE Open Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. JULY 1-3: Open 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. HEALTH SERVICES Closing for the summer May 16. E-mail and phone messgages checked periodically throughout the summer. INFORMATION DESK (located in the STUDENT CENTER) Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Closed weekends CLOSED Wednesday and Thursday, July 2 and 3. LaFave HOUSE Closed June 21 - July 21 due to construction on College Avenue. LIBRARY Summer hours begin May 16. Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays - Closed LISTSERV MODERATION The UMMFACPA, UMMUSA, UMMOFFICIAL, and UMMSTAFF mailing lists will be moderated throughout the summer, including periodic moderation Friday-Sunday, by Rebecca Webb (with Mark Van Overbeke providing any necessary back-up). Please be aware that the UMMSTUDENTS list is moderated by Student Activities personnel and therefore subject to that office's hours of operation. POST OFFICE May 19 - August 15: Window hours 9 a.m. - noon and 12:30-2:45 p.m. Closed noon-12:30 p.m. and after 4 p.m. THURSDAY, JULY 3: Closing at noon. Please have all mail to the Post Office by 11:45 a.m. SOCIAL SCIENCE DIVISION OFFICE Closing Thursday, July 3, at 3:15 p.m. STUDENT CENTER (see also STUDY LOUNGE and INFORMATION DESK) Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Closed weekends STUDENT COUNSELING Closed June 2 - August 3 STUDY LOUNGE (in the STUDENT CENTER) Open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily TURTLE MOUNTAIN CAFE (in the STUDENT CENTER) Daily lunch buffet plus grab-and-go items, 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., June 9-29. CLOSED June 30-July 13. Buffet with grill options returns July 14. |
