| The 2009-2010 cost of education for resident and non-resident students is $9,333 per semester/$18,666 per year. This amount includes tuition, student service fees, housing, a meal plan and books. Tuition and fees are based on the 13 + credit tuition band. Housing and meal plan costs are based on double occupancy and 19 meals per week.
Not included in the estimated cost of education are transportation, personal, loan fees, or miscellaneous expenses (maximum estimated at $2,550).

Minnesota resident students pursuing their first undergraduate degree and enrolled full-time as of the essential deadline of each tern will receive a Stimulus Grant of $200 per semester/$400 per year.
Under the Wisconsin reciprocity agreement, Wisconsin resident students who apply for reciprocity and are enrolled full-time will receive $767 per semester/$1,534 per year from the Wisconsin Reciprocity Supplement Program.
Wisconsin resident students enrolled prior to fall semester 2008, who have applied for reciprocity, will pay $7,296 in tuition cost for 2009-2010. The total cost of education for continuing Wisconsin residents is $8,566 per semester/$17,132 per year.
