To complete the on line I-9 form, please go to www.hrss.umn.edu and follow the I-9 instructions.   Along with this form, you must also present acceptable identification (see I-9 instructions) to the Financial Aid Office. If you are an international student, please stop in to our office to complete additional paperwork.

The W-4 can also be completed at this Web site or paper forms are available in the Financial Aid Office.
