Estimate of Financial Aid

Below are three different resources to help you get an early start on the financial aid process by providing you with an estimate of federal, state, and institutional financial aid eligibility.

U.S. Department of Education FAFSA4caster

The FAFSA4caster helps junior and senior high school students get an early start on the financial aid process by providing them with an early estimate of eligibility of federal student aid. It also provides information about the financial aid process, other sources of aid, and the option to apply for the Federal Student Aid PIN. High school seniors should not use the FAFSA4caster after January 1.

Minnesota Office of Higher Education Financial Aid Estimator

The financial aid estimator will help you estimate your eligibility for a Federal Pell Grant, Minnesota State Grant, and federal education tax benefits. The estimator is based on the federal calculation of the student and parent(s) Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) and the tuition and fees for the Minnesota institution you select.

Net Price Calculator

The University of Minnesota, Morris Net Price Calculator is a useful tool for prospective/future freshmen. Note: current University of Minnesota, Morris and transfer students will find our Cost of Attendance page more helpful.

The results provided are only an estimate and are not a substitute for completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
