Minnesota Middle Income Program

The Minnesota Middle Income is a University of Minnesota program that supports admitted eligible Minnesota residents to provide them with access to a great University of Minnesota education.  Students who are not receiving a Federal Pell Grant, with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) ranging from $0 - $100,000 (amount is fixed based on parental AGI for dependent students and student AGI for independent students), a Minnesota resident, and pursuing their first undergraduate degree are eligible for this program.  Students must have a completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file and be enrolled for at least 12 credits as of the Essential Deadline each term.

The Minnesota Middle Income Program is renewable for up to 8 semesters.  This program will not be awarded for May/Summer Session(s).

The Priority deadline to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the University of Minnesota, Morris to the federal processor is March 1. 

Students must be enrolled for at least 12 credits.
