Relaxation 101 May 2

Stressed out about finals? Come to Relaxation 101 Thursday, May 2 at 7:00pm in the Briggs Library McGinnis Room. Learn strategies and techniques that you can utilize to calm worry and anxiety without spending a lot of time and money.

Individuals will practice visualization, breathing, and stretching to assist in relaxation. Session is led by UMM Wellness Coordinator Bridget Joos.

There will also be aromatic oils and a Buddha Board in the McGinnis Room from April 29-May 9.
