Stress Management Workshop Dec. 12

Do endless papers and tests have you stressed out? Then consider coming to a stress management workshop. UMM Counselor Bridget Joos will offer a Relaxation 101 workshop on Thursday, December 12th from 5:00pm-6:00pm in the McGinnis Room of Briggs Library. There is no cost and no need to register beforehand. Please see the description below.

In addition, there will be aromatic oils and a Buddha Board available in the McGinnis Room.

Dec. 12   Relaxation 101   This session is focused on strategies and techniques that individuals can utilize to calm worry and anxiety without spending a lot of time and money. Individuals will practice visualization, breathing, and stretching to assist in relaxation.
