Reference Services

The Reference Desk is located on the main floor of Briggs Library and is staffed by a rotating group of four librarians. We are ready to assist in person, by phone, IM, text messaging or email. Research assistance is available:
Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM & 7:00-10:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Sunday: 4:00-10:00 PM

Peter Bremer is the Reference Coordinator. He is responsible for the library website, electronic databases, the reference collection, and coordinating the reference desk schedule and Ask A Librarian services. He also specializes in genealogy assistance. Occassionally he assists with instruction. He always welcomes questions from students, staff, faculty and community members.
