Photography and Slide Projection

Photography and slide production are among the widest used services at Media Services. Software packages such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, can easily be printed onto color slides for presentations or for archival purposes. Media Services recently purchased a new LaserGraphics slide recorder that can output slides from Windows 95/98/2000 and Apple Power Macintosh platforms.

Additionally, slides can be taken from books and photographs to incorprate into your presentation. However, copyright reistrictions do apply. If you have questions on copyright, give Media Services a call at x6154 or refer to our reference area dealing on copyright in education.

Media Services uses Microsoft PowerPoint as its standard presentation package. PowerPoint is available on most UMM lab computers and on the Macserver.

The following is a rate card with the current pricing on Powerpoint and copystand slide development. Rates are subject to change without notice.
