Asking the Big Questions Examines Reality TV

The next Asking the Big Questions discussion will take place on Tuesday, March 12, at 7 p.m. in the McGinnis Room of Rodney Briggs Library. This discussion will address the topic of reality television and its effects on American culture.

Participants will explore questions regarding the origins of reality television, its popularity compared to traditional television programming, and its reflection on our culture and values. Barbara Burke, associate professor of communication, media, and rhetoric, will be the featured speaker.
