Chancellor Emeritus to Visit Campus

Chancellor Emeritus David Johnson will return to the University of Minnesota, Morris on Monday, November 11, to attend the David and Jean Johnson International Service-Learning Scholarship Presentations. The presentations will be held at 5 p.m. in the Student Center’s Oyate Hall.

Johnson will speak briefly about the scholarship and international education. Scholarship recipients Amanda House ’13, Gilman, Michael Peters ’14, Minneapolis, and Marci Sanchez ’14, Rosemount, will present on their time and projects abroad.

Prior to the presentations, Johnson will host a signing of his book, Shtels to Shipsides: The Religious Roads of My Mother’s People, which was released by Amazon earlier this year. The signing will begin at 4 p.m. outside the Oyate Hall Alumni Room.
