Tickets are now available for the University of Minnesota, Morris’s 2013 Carol Concert. The concert will be held December 6–8 at Assumption Catholic Church (209 East Third Street, Morris, MN 56267). This will be the thirty-fifth Carol Concert and the first under the direction of Christina Armendarez ’00, assistant professor of music.

Featuring seasonal favorites and well-known choral arrangements, the annual concerts promise festive holiday music and entertainment inspired by a bygone era. Performance times are as follows: Friday, December 6, at 8 p.m., Saturday, December 7, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, December 8, at 3 p.m.

A meal prepared by Bello Cucina will be available at an additional cost. Dinners will be served in the lower level of Assumption Church 90 minutes prior to the Saturday and Sunday performances.

Tickets for the concert ($7 for adults, $5 for seniors, children, and students) may be purchased online at tickets.umn.edu or by phone at 320-589-6077. Tickets for both the dinner and concert on Saturday and Sunday are also available ($25 for adults, $23 for students and seniors, $15 for children 12 and under). Seating is limited, so advanced purchase is recommended.
