Stevens County artists and organizations are invited to attend an informational meeting regarding opportunities to apply for new Arts and Cultural Heritage funding through the Lake Region Arts Council (LRAC) Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at 3 p.m. in the University of Minnesota, Morris Humanities Fine Arts Art Gallery.
