Apply Now - Transfer Students - Returning to UMM

UMM students who have interrupted their enrollment for more than two consecutive semesters must submit the application for readmission.  If your absence has been less than two semesters, please contact the Registrar's Office at (320)- 589-6030. 

For your application to be reviewed we require:

• Re-admit form (download now)
• Official College Transcript(s) (other than U of M)

Once we have all these required documents your application will be reviewed for admission.
