The report begins with student name, ID, major, and the bulletin (catalog) term year evaluated.
The pie chart represents the minimum total number of credits required for a degree (University policy is a minimum of 120 credits for bachelor degree programs).
The blue vertical bar graph indicates all courses used to determine your University of Minnesota GPA. A minimum of 2.0 is required for the bachelor of arts.
The blue bar graph is the GPA that corresponds with the horizontal green bar that indicates the number of credits used in the GPA calculation.

- The symbol >D indicates a duplicate course for which the APAS system has removed the credits and GPA value.
- The red X marks will change to green checkmarks as you complete your academic program.
- The “What If” function may be used to explore various majors.
- The APAS report may be printed as a PDF document.
