The on-campus apartments combine the comfort of apartment living with the convenience of on-campus life for returning University of Minnesota, Morris students. All apartments are carpeted and partially furnished.
Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, and a bathroom. Four students typically live in each apartment. Each bedroom is furnished with two beds, two desks and chairs, and has a large closet with a shelf. There is a dresser in each bedroom. Desk lamps are provided, but you may want to bring your own. You must provide your own linen (mattresses measure 36 80" requiring extra-long sheets), blankets, pillows, and towels. Pets are not permitted, except aquarium fish. We strongly recommend that you consult with your roommates about what you each plan to bring to your apartment. There is not sufficient room for multiple TVs, sofas, tables, etc.
The kitchen/living has a refrigerator, sink, and stove for cooking use. Cooking appliances may be used only in the kitchen area.
The Apartment Community Building laundry room contains four washers, four dryers, and an ironing board. Please note, campus laundry rooms use water saving and energy saving high efficiency washers. Please follow all directions—including use of HE detergent.
